The Ostioná is a rally where to eat oysters is just an excuse to get together, go out and listen the first guitars, mandolins and boxes. There is something for everyone and is also free. On February 16th at Plaza de S. Antonio de Cádiz. 

The free tasting of these delicacies is already accompanied by carnival performances, often recalling songs from previous years to brand new and fresh at the carnival.
San Antonio, one of the largest in the city, places filled with locals and visitors seeking the warm rays of sunshine January while listening to the opening bars and songs. The protagonist of this festival is the oyster.
The oyster is similar to the oyster but with a more intense flavor mollusk and also the hedgehog, is the fruit of the typical sea of the city of Cadiz oil is consumed with a few drops of lemon.
